Cannot upload--S-Drive component disappears

Problem:
All users including sys admin cannot upload to either classic or lightning S-Drive components in production org.

The S-Drive component is rendered on the page as normal, but when we click Upload the component disappears from the screen and user can't upload files.

Component reappears after page refresh but disappears again if you try to upload.

Solution:

We solved the issue by disabling 2 security settings.

1. Enable clickjack protection for customer Visualforce pages with standard headers
2. Enable clickjack protection for customer Visualforce pages with headers disabled

These settings are found in Setup > Security > Session Settings.
