Community Users cannot see S-Drive or cannot access S-Drive files.

Make sure the community profiles have at least CRUD access for the following objects (READ and whatever else is needed)
AttachmentSyncs
MyS3Objects
Previews
S3Configs
S3Objects
SDriveCustomActions
SQueues
SURLS
SURL Hits
File Activities
Also, if users are accessing files they don’t own, such as S3Objects, make sure OWD or Sharing Rules are set to allow others to see the files--OWD for S3Objects set to public or a sharing rule to share with community users or roles.
