Unable to reconnect in portal

When trying to connect an organization in, I click "Connect", got to a salesforce login screen and attempt to login.
I got an error related to OAuth, not authorized, no access allowed, etc.

When reconnecting the org in the portal (, after clicking Reconnect, you get a Salesforce login page. User logging in here must be a system admin.
